Short summary
This study proposes a high-precision rotational compliant mechanism designed to eliminate rotation center offset at the structural level. Utilizing a two-stage lever system with a non-vertical beam, it decomposes input force to counteract parasitic translation. Optimization and COMSOL simulations confirm a 3.12 mrad range with a minimal 0.42 μm offset. With a 1742 Hz natural frequency and compact 51 × 78 mm footprint, it achieves pure rotation for industrial array alignment.
