Short summary
Controlling vibrations in high-speed machinery is difficult and essential. We analyzed experiment data to identify how bearing components behave under real conditions. By integrating these experimental findings with advanced optimization methods, we successfully balanced vibration reduction with strict safety limits. Physical testing showed that our approach significantly decreased peak vibrations and nearly eliminated failure risks, paving the way for highly reliable equipment.
