Short summary
In this work, according to the characteristics of a high-speed motorized spindle, the comprehensive stiffness model of its support bearing is first established. On this basis, a dynamic model of a motorized spindle system is proposed using Timoshenko beam element theory and a finite element method. Then, the dynamic characteristics of a high-speed motorized spindle system under the combined action of high-speed effect and thermal effect are solved and verified by experiments.
